Went to Chapman's on the weekend to order some River Stone and had the good fortune to be served by Sharan. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. Order placed and delivery received on Monday and we are very happy with the quality of the product received.

I was there at 4:58pm and they were closed, with lock on gates. I drove there for 15 min in heavy traffic because i really needed some last minute stone. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Update: ok, probably my car clock was slow if you say that yours was 4:59:18. I changed the review to 4 stars; still disappointed that at 4:59 the place was closed with a lock on gate (takes some time to lock everything). Also I do not appreciate your comment "Please enjoy the rest of the day" - please try to stay professional. 2 update: I went back there today, and I got my supplies. It's all good.
I got some nice river rock, great pricing on all products they provide, a little bit of a mishap with delivery, but fix the problem asap.
