From the moment I reached out to Limousine Rentals Toronto to book a limo for my wedding, I was provided with exceptional service. Sid was incredibly prompt with my initial inquiry, and made the booking process easy to understand. He was always available to answer my questions, of which I had many, and helped alleviate all the stress I was feeling with planning. As my wedding day grew closer, I had to reach out to Sid again to inquire about if it was possible to accomodate an unexpected injury my father experienced. He immediately began working to ensure the limo was accessible, and even upgraded the vehicle to ensure my dad was able to get in and out with ease. This was above and beyond what I could have asked for. Finally, our driver was wonderful. He made me feel extra special on my wedding day. He even accomodated me by picking up my family earlier than scheduled at the end of the night, and was so kind and gracious about doing so. Limousine Rentals Toronto was truly a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend their services to others.
WORST LIMO SERVICE EVER. The company sent an SUV limo which was impossible to climb into with a wedding dress. They sent a 30-person limo for two people (bride and groom), driver drove like a crazy person, throwing us all around the place, he couldnt figure out how to turn the heat on, he got lost and asked us for directions!! It was insane. He clearly did not check the route before. Also the limo seats were torn and sides and top of limo was dirty. Windows were also either dirty or had a coating that obstructed the view. I regret hiring them. They were the worst part of my wedding, but at least they showed up on time. That was the only good thing.
Rented the rolls Royce ghost and got outstanding service, they arrived 15 before my time and the driver was very professional and well mannered! 5 stars! Thanks!
