Been a customer for over 10 years. Making you jump over the hoops to book service lately. Shouldn’t be this hard in 2025. Have to look for a new location to service our company vehicles.
My F150 has a big failure for the transmission parts. I feel so bad but the service here cured my suffering. The man so nice and detailed to update my truck status. His name is Ryan Walter. If not his service, i would give the ford product 3 star for the whole experience. But he used his professional technician service make me feel better. Thanks. I will do service stick here.
Nice service staff- incompetent and/or lazy mechanics. -they didn't want to change the rear rotors because that would mean taking apart the emergency brake. What? Isn't that your job? -they couldn't do the spark plugs. I know it's a Triton and they're a pain, but this is YOUR vehicle- you should be able to service it! -I asked them to inspect the vehicle and the inspection came back perfect, despite the truck having a burned out headlight and a broken exhaust (I knew it needed these things, but didn't say anything). Did you actually inspect it? Who knows what else they missed.
They didn't look at what we asked them to check but gave us a list of $3500 worth of work. Couldn't even test drive it because they can't take the car over 100km on the dvp. So they really couldn't diagnose it properly, hence their list of probable causes. One item had just been replaced and is brand new in the last few months but they said it was unsafe to drive. I picked it up w no fixes then waited 30 Mins for a car wash they forgot about. Waiting for nothing. Went to another mechanic and he checked the list and only 2 of the "major issues" need to be fixed not all 8 of them, one of which was a brand new part. Bunch of crooks.
I traded in my old vehicle to this dealership. The salesperson did not give us the plates for our trade in. He said they returned the plates to the Ministry (and would keep the money for the remaining time on the plates). Fast forward 3 years and I just received a traffic violation for the old plates. They were never returned and someone is still driving with them. There is a lot of fraud these days and this dealership is complicit. Be careful with scams like this and make sure you take your plates with you on any trade in.
Another great experience with Marco Mostarda who always provides the highest level of service and exceeds the high expectations associated with Lincoln brand. Knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We are return customers at the Downtown dealership because of Marco and the great customer service from this dealership where they build strong customer relationships that start with the purchase of a vehicle and which continue throughout the ownership. Thank you.
The batteries in my key fob ran out all of a sudden today, in a Murphy’s law fashion, on a Saturday before a family trip. Obviously another Lincoln dealership must have installed an old set of batteries, just a few months ago. A stressful situation was offset by a professional approach of Vik who took care of both key fobs (I will not take chances again). Upon arrival into the dealership, Vik dropped everything he was working on in order to install all four batteries. Then he assured me that the dealership is providing two-year warranty on the installed batteries, and gave me his business card after checking my Reward points. Great work and a perfect pit stop! From now on, I’ll always come to Downtown Lincoln for service.
