I have been here several times and always find something useful. Ann has never failed to help. She never complains about how many boxes or items I ask to be opened. She always explains what each item ia used for. Off all the liquidation Amazon stores I’ve been, this by far is the best I’ve come across. The personal touch of customer service makes it a very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.
The store is controlled by a group who controls who gets to be first , imagine coming 6 am in the morning but the community member says you're 20 in line cuz their friends are in cars, it should be who gets to be in line first ! The store owner should control this or have a enforcer who isn't bias !! Edit : reply to owner: I am not expecting to be number 1 at 6am however I am expecting to be the line number I came in. People say they are at their "car" but they come put of nowhere. I believe we should be working based on line and not haveing a cutin system. It makes more fair for first come first serve without being pushed back 10 spaces back because their friends came 10 min before opening. It makes it more fair for everyone but if you think other wise, that is your choice since this is your store.
