I was pleased to be served by very kind man today at this place! Thank you so much for opening up a location here,as many other places don’t have Teriyaki anymore which is very disappointing because it one of my favourite places to eat when it comes to food court . Great communication and amazing service,thank you so much ❤️
Portion size was laughable. Advertises 40 grams of protein for Bento Bowl, but only gave 3 table spoons worth of chicken. Other Teriyaki Experience locations give much more. They are definitely shortchanging their customers.
Friendly staff! The man is very friendly always has some love for his customers & starts very friendly conversation with them. I couldn’t be happier!? & the food is delicious & always cook fresh to perfection! I could eat at this place every day ;) PLEASE COME HERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. ;)
Food was good but service was awful. The employee took my order but left before giving me the receipt. He was busy so I grabbed the receipt myself. The employee was angry that I did that... started saying don't touch receipt... don't touch receipt! You should ask... don't touch. Made the whole experience aweful as other customers were listening anf feeling embaressed... They need to improve on that!
Rice was old and crumbling, They weren't stir fried or properly reheated and tasted extremely stale. Beef did not taste good and portions were really small. It really is just good enough as mall food. A small bowl of bad rice and beef + coke is not worth 20 bucks. The taste alone is not worth 10 bucks. Please stop using old food.
I ordered a chicken, veggie, rice dish. This is not worth $14. Here's the thing. They give so much rice, literally 75% of the plate, Veggies, I literally got 4 pieces of broccoli and 3 pieces of sliced carrot. The rest of the "veggies" are bean sprouts. The chicken I received looks a lot but its not. Its chicken that has been pounded flat so the size is actually stringy and small. The rice was sticky rice but the whole dish just lacked flavour and lack lustre. Its not somewhere I usually go, honestly almost never and now I remember why. Perhaps they do other dishes better, but this one was not worth almost $15 for basically a massive serving of rice.
I tried their poke bowl with raw salmon and it was delicious. Edamame, avocado, corn and cucumber accompanied the bowl and were all refreshing. It was a generous portion for what you're getting. The owners are very accommodating and courteous. Service was quick and friendly.
