Good food, but expect delays during busy times The wait time for orders can be long, especially if there are more than four customers - the staff is clearly doing their best and working quickly, but they can get overwhelmed. Customer service is very friendly and polite. The food selection is interesting, and I recommend trying the Ginger Sesame Beef. No issues with food quality - everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, a nice concept with made-to-order bowls, just be prepared to wait a bit during peak hours.
I order the shrimp bento bowl every time I come. $10 for a great flavourful portion. The staff is also very nice. I’m not sure why the reviews are bad but I’ve always had a pleasant experience here.
I’m sharing my experience how disappointed I was when the gentleman told me that they’ve changed their products. I was very disappointed when I looked at my meal when I had a chicken teriyaki. It looked like it was beef. He told me it was chicken, but they have changed the menu. It’s now 50% dark meat and white meat. I’m not a big fan of dark meat so for a company to do that very highly disappointed to save money. It changes everything I will never go back again as this place was my favourite to go to so everyone if you’re not a fan of dark meat don’t buy it
Worst food. No taste . So bland . Just 2 3 chicken pieces and literally 1 piece of broccoli inside the box. Waste of money. Please dont show fake images of your menu and give customers something else thats totally different.
This is very disappointing my whole bowl of ramen was just veggies as fillers barely any noodles and the broth was bland. For the price I’m paying I don’t recommend. I thought that adding soy sauce could add more flavour but this blandness cannot be saved. The noodles felt as though they were cooked in plain water and dumped into the soup. This restaurant is a disgrace to Asian culture.
I was pretty hungry and at the food court. It was a good time to experience something so i came by here. I ordered hot and spicy chicken with rice. I knew that there was going to be alot of vegies and there were alot. But i was sure i could stomach all of them cause i was starving. Well i got thru half of them before i gave up on vegies. Sadly there was not all that much chicken among them, very few pieces. Overall the food tasted pretty good while it was still decently hot. The place is kind of expensive.
Worst Store! I cannot call it as a restaurant, not flavor at all，even the protein bowl..easiest dish I cannot imagine how can you cook this awful! DON'T COME?waste money
