Placed an online order. When I went in they informed me they no longer carried the item, to order something else … fine I did! But I had to pay for it then they would cancel the online one. Then they were not able to cancel the online one … and refused to refund the one I paid for in store … asked for a manager, and they were texting someone and going in the back for the next 15 min … I just left. Have reached out to head office, let’s see what happens.
Had the Beef Bento box and everything was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was very pleasant and I absolutely adored their wall with all the art of Ms.Suki and other anime characters! Love Teriyaki and will definitely be back again! :)
Returned a few days later. I ordered the same meal, it was not salty. In fact, it was very tasty! Thank you Teryaki Experience for following up on our concerns from a previous visit. I recommend!
New and improved teriyaki experience! I got the chicken pineapple bowl. Great service, great new decor and excited to frequent this spot on my lunch break ❤️❤️❤️
I love their signature beef teriyaki, but their portion is terrible. I had to ask for a triple order of beef on my plate in order for my hunger to be satisfied. They used to serve a side of dumplings or spring rolls with this, but they've also stopped doing that. Overpriced and small portion. I will need to find a replacement to satisfy my teriyaki cravings.
Great place! Portions are perfect for my liking and the food is served fresh and hot. Service is quick everytime I visit. Definitely recommend for something simple, tasty and healthy altogether
10/08/23 I placed my order for the beef teriyaki with brown rice. When I received my order, it came without the teriyaki sauce. I tried to place a call to the restaurant, but no one answered. The beef is really dry. There’s no flavour whatsoever in the food. I will be returning tomorrow for a fresh plate of food.
