I had a good experience with Buildstrong Masonry: got tuckpointing and parging done on my brick walls over the summer. They also came again to fix another window sill at cost of materials a couple months later which I appreciated. The work was all done in a timely manor and Rene was quick to respond to any questions I had through out the process.
Excellent workmanship, detailed estimate, work done as per estimate, fair pricing and good email follow-up communication. The only reason review is not 5 out of 5 is because of sliding scheduling outside of timeline originally indicated . (contract states timing is solely at discretion of Buildstrong so this should not have been a surprise for me). I would use Buildstrong again for any masonry needs
If you're thinking about getting some brick work done on your house, Buildstrong Masonry is where to start. In our case, we were having issues with leaks along one side of our house. After reaching out to Buildstrong, Rene was in touch right away to get the project set up and going. It was a great comfort to us to have that level of responsiveness. On top of that, the on-site mason, Jason, was thorough and communicated everything that was going on with his work. It felt like we were in good hands throughout. In all, they've given us some much-needed peace of mind about our house!
