Amazing meal prep service. Healthy, gluten and dairy free options that are balanced meals and tasty. Always fresh and there is such great variety in the menus that you never get bored. Makes healthy eating easy for people with busy lives. Its always great knowing I have a healthy prepared meal in the fridge if Im ever running late at work or at the gym. Highly recommended and excellent client service too!
For someone like me whose priorities are convenience and nutrition, you can't do much better than this. I live/work in the downtown core, so there are literally hundreds of options around to eat but the variety/quality/taste of the meals is enough that I don't feel like I'm missing out... plus this is so much healthier than restaurants! OTR team has been easy to deal with and they do seem to care about my business which hasn't always been the case for me with other meal delivery services.
I was working out and always struggling to find the perfect combination of food. Ive tried a couple of meal prep companies in the past, but nothing quite compares to OTR. The taste, quality and amount of food you get with each meal is second to none. Also, their logistics are on point with on time delivery to meet anybodys busy schedule. On The Run Meals is an excellent meal delivery service! The meals are delicious, healthy and are a very generous portion size. The quality of the food is high. I look forward to receiving my meals on Wednesdays and Sundays. I would definitely recommend ordering from here, you will not be disappointed!
