I'm an American and was visiting for the Caribana fest. We came into Toronto late and they're were still open. So we decided to get some food on go and head head back to our hotel. The staff were two ladies and they're were friendly. The prices for the food are decent, they accept American money but use the $1 equal $1 exchange method. Nonetheless, the food is really good. The rice was a bit overcooked. Besides that, I like it. I'll most definitely revisit this restaurant when I come back to Toronto.
Albert's is one of the best Jamaican restaurants in Toronto. They have been awarded several awards as part of they service excellence and have been recognized in the community as a pillow of support and social activation. The restaurant has a small cozy dine in area and the food is awesome. One thing I love about this place is the friendly staff and how well the food is prepared and presented to the customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a taste of real Jamaican food
Decent food, I ordered online once and they sent the wrong order then wouldn't send the right one. I would say that's not the greatest service. The few times I have ordered and went to pick up they were friendly. Not a 5 star but not the worst place. Would have got 4 stars if they had better customer service especially after sending the wrong food.
I've been going to this place for a long time now and the food quality is amazing from the very first time I was there. Clean food and clean place. Good price for soup. Good people and friendly.
It was a cool rainy day and I felt like having some Jamaican food.I wend to Albert's and it didn't disappoint. The food is good and tasty, the service is relaxed and the atmosphere is Jamaican-like! Nice, colourful and lovely. I love this little cozy corner of Jamaica in Toronto!
