WORST experience ever. I went for chin filler and a male doctor said I don’t need numbing cream for it. He used a cannula and it was the most uncomfortable experience ever, I wanted to cry. And this is especially because the was teaching a few students so it was awfully slow. I also asked for my chin to be elongated but he told the students I don’t need it (I have a short chin and short face) and decided to go against what I wanted without my permission. Instead, he only added volume so you can only see a difference from the side. Disgusting.
I cant ever praise CBAM enough . I've been coming here for prp and dysport for years and they always make me feel so welcome, like family. Amira is an amazing injector! I ran into some issues with my lips - she fixed it the very next day. She also kept me calm & informed through out the entire process!
I’ve had a very bad experience with the North York clinic. Reviews are actually paid for by the clinic upon leaving while you are still swollen and don’t yet know exactly how things will pan out. By giving them a good review, they give you $20 off the price you pay. The instructor and students seem nice but you can tell many of the students are not competent nor comfortable. Their hands shake, they need to be coached a lot. You literally have different students injecting you (for filler and Botox) in different areas. For example one student does your lower lip on the left and a different student on the right. It can create a lot of asymmetry and what I realize now is that that can lead more easily to issues arising. Within a week I noticed a huge different between the symmetry of my right and left face. I had Botox full face and filler in my cheeks and lips. I specifically stated I wanted a natural look without a brow lift. I ended up getting a brow lift on the right and a normal brow on the left. Not only that, my right brow tail appears to be frozen inward, so it really now looks different from my left. I now have to pencil in on the right lower than my brow to make it appear lower. My right cheek also is lumpy and still hurts post 2 weeks. The student who injected the filler on my right cheek took 3x as long. So I also have a red mark that isn’t going away. The worst part is my mouth. Although the filler looks fairly even, whoever injected the right injected the wrong muscle or the Botox migrated bc of faulty injection. I now cant lower the right side of my lip since 1 week post Botox. It has created a psychological impact to me and they have not been in touch via phone to even discuss it. You can’t ever speak to anyone over the phone. You leave messages but they get back to you only thru text and it’s usually an automated message. Once they received my photos of the issues they said they would send them to their team and book an appt and they never got back in touch. It’s been 6 days. I’ve called and texted repeatedly without any response. They don’t appear to care, have very poor customer service and to be honest I’m not sure it will be rectified. After reading others going thru the same, and even after they tried to fix it made the problem worse, I’m not sure I should even risk them fixing it. I have also read they are charging for mistakes they made, don’t apologize and make you feel it’s your problem. I feel very saddened, disappointed and angry at how they treat their clients. The fact they pay you for a good review, watch you write it and see it before giving you a discount well before you would notice any significant issues is appalling. Once those issues surface they are no where to be found. I am writing this for everyone as a warning to this clinic. If I can help one other person not have to endure this then I feel grateful to have helped. It’s not worth the discounted price, please be careful. They really don’t care what happens to you. I am adding a before picture (taken a few months ago) and after picture so you can see how bad their work is. The first picture is the before. And just got your knowledge I have never had Botox or filler ever before. I decided this year to get it for my birthday (I turned 43) just wanted to feel and look a bit more rejuvenated without changing my look too much. What a mistake.

It was very clean, relaxed and professional...they explained everything to me in detail and offered me additional services which I took them up on!
