What a horrible experience! They canceled my appointment because I am a male, they only do appointments for females. I’m pretty sure this is against the law in Canada.
Aklima is so lovely and always walks me through her steps in detail. I’ve done several laser sessions with her and have noticed a major difference! It’s great value for the price and I’ve recommended her to several friends already.
Did coolsculpting treatment/cryotherapy treatment.I’m pretty sure the machine she uses are poor quality so they do nothing. No results whatsoever. The lady is borderline rude and kept leaving the room and the door open while other clients were coming in - no privacy whatsoever. Don’t waste your money on this place!
Didn’t go in because they refused to answer my simple question. Emailed to ask what machine they use and this is what I got back. Website and emails riddled with errors, would not be transparent. Sounds so suspect. Cancelled and refunded my groupon because I don’t trust this. Re your comment; no you didn’t, I attached your email response. I am a business owner and I am appalled at your childish responses. Anyways, this is the email. Let others make up their own minds.
