I had an amazing experience at Jiva Med Spa. Kam and Neethu truly know what they’re doing. Kam is extremely professional and takes the time to understand your situation and explain everything clearly. Neethu is great at identifying exactly what treatment you need. The whole staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Jiva Med Spa!

Hands down one of the best facials I’ve had in Toronto! I got the Signature Facial with Neetu and she was amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to analyze my skin and provide guidance on how to improve my skincare routine. The experience was so relaxing. The scalp and shoulder massage was incredible, and the extractions were done so gently. Can’t wait to come back again!!

I've been here enough times to know it's one of the most under rated places in town. My go to person is Riham and she gives the most amazing facials! I've had a really positive experience with her and Neetu who owns the place and also services clients is a really nice and professional lady to deal with as well. It's an overall great place but if I were to recommend 1 service it would be Riham's facials! That girl has magic in her hands. Also, pretty chatty and peppy to be around :)
Had the pleasure of visiting Jiva Spa and Cam and Neetu were so kind and knowledgeable about their craft. Their facilities are kept very clean and you can tell they put a lot of care into their work. Would highly recommend!
Great customer service! Kam and Rob made sure we were comfortable and kept us entertained. Rob did an excellent job with my hair and made sure I was satisfied. The spa is clean and bright.
