Dr Seit and his staff are absolutely brilliant. The quality of the services is great. You get quite a decent amount of time with the doctor and he really listens to what you are looking for, your concerns and expectations. It’s easy to come back for a review and make any adjustments. There’s a lot of skin care options if you need to buy good quality products. I find it’s easy to communicate with the staff and they are accommodating in terms of appointments. I have always felt welcomed and felt beautiful with care received at Rejuuv.
I had both Ultherapy and Sofwave treatments done at this clinic, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They did not follow the protocol to perform a Vista skin assessment before the procedure. I even asked her directly if it was safe to proceed since my skin was already red that day — she insisted it was fine. After the treatment, my face was severely damaged, with extensive redness and patches that still haven’t healed even after more than a year. I spent a large amount of money trusting their “professional care,” but when I reached out for help, the customer service team completely dismissed my concerns and tried to shift all responsibility away from themselves. I’m deeply disappointed and want to warn others to be very cautious before getting any treatment here. They show no accountability for patient safety or aftercare
EDIT: The nurse did NOT accurately identify the root of my problem. She convinced me the chronic pain I've been having is not migraine pain, and I feel completely manipulated. The pain is definitely migraine pain (as has been confirmed by my neurologist and based on the meds that work). The Botox has not been effective even at getting rid of my TMJ pain, which was the target of the Botox she gave me. I would DEFINITELY advise against doing medical Botox here!!! Keep in mind they are very aggressive, because I was in a moment of desperation to get rid of the pain I was easily manipulated. The nurse was able to identify the root of my chronic pain issue and suggested Botox for TMJ. She was very aggressive insisting I could do the treatment that day, which was obviously because she wanted to profit off of the treatment. She dismissed my concerns about getting massages following the treatment and did not tell me ANYTHING about aftercare! This is my FIRST TIME getting Botox-- she did not tell me not to lie down, not to rub the area, etc. I have now done my own research but not until it was too late. I don't yet know the consequences but I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of information and the inaccurate information about it being fine to get a massage following a Botox treatment (it is not!). I'm still grateful for the treatment and that she identified the correct treatment, which is why I decided to trust her. But if you're looking for medical Botox, I would recommend working with a medical clinic. My care was clearly not the first priority here. I am glad to have the treatment but I regret having had it here and will not be returning.
