Sadly, Dr. Wilfred Tam violated his obligations as a medical doctor and violated patient doctor confidentiality. I went to this clinic expecting an MD follow their orders obligations of confidentiality. It was later known that Dr. Tam violated this. My confidential information was spread around at Dr. Tam’s clear direction.

What an amazing experience! I have been getting injections for a few yrs now and this was my first time with Dr. Tam. A breath of fresh air! Not only he listened to me carefully and addressed all my concerns, but also explained all the procedure in details even though he knew I am quite familiar with the drill. Dr. Tam is great! He doesn’t pressure you into doing anything you’re not comfortable with or concerned about. Would recommend for anxious beginners (like me) trying out Botox- he explains everything thoroughly and is understanding of your concerns.
Reception are very rude on phone, And very probing, makes me feel like they care more about profit than customer wellness. For same treatments the price is almost double other clinics in yorkville. Definitely not about the customers here.
