I had a facial with Nazli a few weeks ago. I just went in for a consult and she booked time off in her calendar just incase I decided I wanted to go ahead with a peel which was tremendously nice of her. I had an acne facial with a chemical peel. The level of attention she paid to my skin was unlike anything I have ever received from any esthetician. She made recommendations to help improve my skincare routine that were not from her own skincare line, but from Shopper's, which showed that she wasn't just trying to make money, she actually wanted to help (unlike many estheticians).
