I booked a Hydrafacial during a promotion, and although the service was technically performed, it was extremely minimal and disappointing. The aesthetician seemed uninterested and focused only on finishing the service rather than providing care or comfort. There was no proper cleansing, exfoliation, massage, or relaxing atmosphere. The entire experience felt rushed, impersonal, and not relaxing at all. more like a quick task than a professional facial. I left feeling that I could have achieved the same result at home and would not recommend this place.

I have been going to Vitality Works Medspa for almost a year now. Paulina is very knowledgeable, precise and kind. I never felt rushed, or demoralized or forced to buy services that i didn’t need or want. She has been guiding me for the past year on my skin care journey. I did full face and neck microneedling, eye microneedling, different peels, different facials, laser. I am in my mid 30s and started noticing jowls and overall sagging skin. Everything that Paulina recommended worked amazing! My skin now is more plump and firm. When I pinch it it’s more bouncy than before. My pores are smaller and my overall complexion is far better than one year ago. I get compliments every single day on my skin! The skin care products in the clinic are excellent too! My fav one is their own skin care brand. It works amazingly even in winter and it doesn’t pill under my sunscreen or makeup! They have offers every month for their services. Highly recommend Paulina and her expertise. I always leave relaxed and more confident in myself after our appointment. Oh yeah, I also brought my husband a few times and he was very happy too with the results. Don’t forget the neck, cleavage and hands areas when you do your skin care at home and treatments in the clinic!
I wanted to share my experience with Polyna. . It was truly amazing! The process was smooth and relaxing, and I was impressed with the professionalism and care of the staff. The results are fantastic. I would say the same goes for Marilou. She is amazing as well. I highly recommend for anyone.
Absolutely loved this place! Went here initially to try their $99 hydrafacial for new clients and I've been coming back since then for other treatments. My favorite is their oxygeneo. Almost no downtime and it was a soothing and refreshing procedure. It's not yet on their website yet I believed, so be sure to call instead when booking this. Both Marilou and Paulina are such a pleasure to work with! I always leave this place with my face clear and glowing. Will have to take all the girlies that I know here!!
I'm a current patient for Vitality Works and I have nothing but good things to say about Paulina and the services she provides. I'm not very knowledgable in skincare, but she explains things detailed and makes sure she provides quality care to my skin. I have a stubborn case of acne and hyperpigmentation and she gives me a detailed plan and package to fit my needs. I never feel pressured to buy additional services and I feel like Vitality Works makes sure that I am comfortable. I've definitely seen improvement in my skin and will continue to visit in the future.
