Huge thanks to Nick Love for being responsive, patient, and great at walking me through everything at delivery. We have just leased our third MINI, and once again, the experience at MINI Toronto exceeded our expectations. The entire team is wonderful to deal with. Our sales representative, Nick Love, was fantastic from start to finish. The process of getting into our new car was relatively fast and fun - complete with coffee and pastries! MINI Toronto is also a dog-friendly dealership, which we love and truly appreciate. On delivery day, Nick spent as much time as we needed setting up both of our driving profiles in the car. He made sure everything was perfect before we left. We experienced a minor issue with the battery after delivery and reached out to Nick, who promptly addressed it. This clearly demonstrates that high-level service does not end once the paperwork is signed. Everyone at MINI Toronto is professional, approachable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. After owning and driving a 2004 Mini Cooper for 21 years, it was time to look for a "newer" version of the car. It was a pleasure to work with a very patient, knowledgeable and pleasant sales rep Nick Love at Mini Downtown.
