Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Went looking for some retro N64 games and the guy working there showed me their Super Smash Bros in stock. I got it for a great price and he even offered to let me know when they get any other games. 10/10

If I could rate this place zero stars I would! I came to drop off my DHL return with a preprinted label. I walked up to the counter and the Hispanic lady working there completely ignored me. I asked her if I could drop off my return here and she said “not if I use the machine” which I did not understand and she got angry and annoyed at me because I asked her to elaborate. I would never come back to this place. I’d been hearing for a while that this place is a drug front and I did not believe it but now that I see how they treat their customers I wouldn’t be surprised anymore.
This establishment is not a suitable environment for conducting business effectively. During my visit, I encountered a Hispanic woman who is employed there, and unfortunately, her customer service skills were lacking. She seemed to become easily irritated when I or others made inquiries, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Her responses were not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive, indicating a lack of professionalism. It was evident that she may have a strong aversion to her role, as her demeanor suggested that she was not engaged or interested in providing assistance to customers. Given these experiences, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location whenever possible, as it does not foster a positive or productive business interaction.
