Bought two of these. An expensive carbon NIU air has had a broken control unit twice and they’ve tried to fix it twice and now have not sent us back the screws with the scooter. Avoid NIU scooters at all cost.
Incredible customer service. There was an issue with my Kqi3 scooter's throttle. I emailed this location and they replied very quickly, walking me through the warranty process and answering any questions I had. I brought my scooter in and was greeted and assisted very well. The fix was a very quick 15mins and I was on my way. I have a slow leak in my tire from a few months ago, and it's unusual to say this, but I can't wait to bring back my scooter to the shop to get it fixed. Everyone was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. My only regret was buying my scooter online. If I would've known there was a Toronto storefront I would've bought it there.

He patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the options without any pressure. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the whole process very smooth. Great place for the Niu scooter I highly recommend anyone to get the scooter fixed. The guy name John was cool and super fast deliver same day?by the time we finished our brunch he text us and said its ready so... . I have 2 NIU scooters and I can say, they are the most reliable, and just all round the best scooters you can get in my opinion. I am really hard on my things, and I pop tires from burnouts etc.. (yes, they can do burnouts), and the Toronto location has served me countless times and always repairs my scooters in under an hour. They give me free accessories, like screws, when needed and always makes sure everything is in good order. I was even offered to test ride a brand new scooter from this company. All in all, great company, customer service and products.
Bought my NIU MAX Scooter one week ago. What an excellent scooter, speed, comfort and compact for commuting. The sales team in the store were great guys. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Excellent service with a great product.
