First Vespa. Was not sure which size (big frame vs regular frame), which model and colour. Lou was patient, no pressure, explained all the particulars and things to consider when deciding on a scooter. VERY HELPFUL. In the end got something from dealership closer to where I live (slightly better deal), but will buy accessories here!

Bought my 2023 Vespa 300 Super from Lou at Toronto West Vespa in mid May 2024. I was treated like family, very friendly atmosphere, and the service was beyond great. Lou even came to my house to install some back ordered accessories several weeks later. Can't beat service like that. Highly recommend this dealership.
This week I completed 60,000 km on my LX150 and Lou at Vespa Toronto has looked after my bike all the way. No one knows Vespas better and he is honest in his work and fair in his pricing.

Lou's the only official Vespa dealer in Toronto and he knows it. His attitude is terrible. Lucky there are other scooter places around that have better hours and will fix the same problems for way less. I realised that after he told me to tow my scooter with CAA instead of meeting me on one of his so called 'appointment only' days. I didn't want to leave my scooter outside and couldn't drop it off before work because the hours are not customer friendly. Thanks, Lou.
