The buying experience and service have been first class. Andrew Charters at BMW Motorrad goes well beyond the typical dealership. They even have a reputation in the US for great service :) Will buy from this location again in the future.
BMW Toronto is great. Shipping by Loomis Courier, not so much. Parts have been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for 3 days and no one at Loomis seems to be able to figure out why.
On April 10, 2024 I was invited to the "Make Life a Ride" Open-House on the 4th floor. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere from the ground floor Receptionist who registered me to mingling with other customers and the Cashier-Clothing who was enjoyable to speak with. Beautiful motorbikes and even a couple of E-bikes. Terrific catered food and available bar (nice guy to chat with); interesting large photo-array of 100 years of Motorrad bikes (my 1974 R60/6 was pictured). Wonderful venue, hope BMW Toronto - HQ do this again next Spring: congratulations - bring in some vintage bikes next year!
Extremely rude customer service from the parts department. The rep put me on hold for over 8 minutes only to come back and say that the part is incompatible for my motorcycle which is not true. Totally unhelpful and no willingness to assist, rep hung up in the end. Will never call BMW Motorrad Parts Toronto anymore
I knew this place had a bad reputation for service going in, but after being left at the parts desk for fifteen minutes waiting on an employee to show up its been confirmed.
Always an awesome experience with motorcycle parts or service dept. They don't try to push you off the phone but, will spend the time working with you. Cheers C
