Tom and the "gang" are friendly to deal with and upfront about service times and charges. I feel comfortable storing my bike there over the winter months. Safe, secure and a heated garage.

I visited this shop about a week ago. Most of the staff were friendly and respectful, but one mechanic was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable because of how he treated people of color. His attitude was unprofessional and not what you’d expect in a diverse city like Toronto. The rest of the team deserves credit for being polite and helpful, but management should address this behavior immediately. Hope the owner sees this, lets him go, and sends a clear message about respect in the workplace.
When they don't know something, they behave rudely when answering and hang up abruptly. Is it so easy to be nice? Not knowing something, even if that's what they do for a living, is no reason to be rude. They are not recommended.
Had both my front and rear tires replaced here, and the service was excellent. They were very transparent about potential additional costs such as my front tube, which showed signs of rust and was swiftly replaced. The total came to around $530 and the whole job was completed in under 4 hours. Overall, I’m happy with their work and would come back again.
These are the only guy I will ever trust with my motorcycles. I have brought every motorcycle I have ever owned to them and will continue to do so. They are incredible at what they do, and more importantly they are honest and fair. It’s evident that every employee takes immense pride in their work, and it shows.
I didn't have an appointment but happened to be in the area and wanted my handlebar alignment checked out. Tom and his team were super friendly and welcoming. He took a look and popped it back into place and had me on my way quickly. I really appreciate the time they took and would definitely bring my bike back to them for any work that may need to be done in the future!
