Very friendly shop with knowledgeable people. I got my Cbr detailing done here. My intial interaction started through Ana, who is very courteous, professional and helpful. She helped accommodate the detailing job around my schedule. The detailing was done by Paulo and team. They live and breathe motorbikes, very knowledgeable with lots of hands on experience. They use quality products, and provide very useful advice on motorcycle maintenance and upkeep. I wish I could tip them extra, but they declined. Thanks guys! Keep growing, keep learning :)
I brought my Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic to @Otomoto with a serious electrical issue — the bike kept dying with no clear explanation. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a clear answer about what was wrong, and fixed it efficiently. They also adjusted my clutch, which I had been struggling with for a while. Now my motorcycle runs amazing — honestly better than ever. I’m extremely happy with the service and costumer service , I highly recommend Otomoto for all your downtown motorcycle needs!

Sergio and his crew are nothing short of amazing. Friendly, professional and affordable. They have gone above and beyond with my bike on more than one occasion. They earned a 11/10 easily, every time they've done work for me.
Took my Thruxton in for an oil change. Was shown how bad the air filter and other components were and was recommended a full tune up which was a great suggestion. Everyone working there was polite and the communication was top notch. The owner is always there and I saw him working on my bike personally. Will be back 100%. Support small and local.
Rude and price gouging behavior. Quoted $150 for a safety inspection! When I pointed out that's a bit much, he said - "We dont negotiate. You're free to get it done from another shop in town" Don't mind if I do. (Got it done in $80 at another shop btw)
