We recently used New Era Moving, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine friendliness. Nick was exceptional in overseeing our move. He was attentive to every detail, always available to answer our questions, and made sure things ran smoothly throughout the process. His support gave us a lot of peace of mind, which is invaluable during a move. A big shoutout as well to Devika and Lin, who were both incredibly kind and helpful. Their warm demeanor and clear communication added a personal touch that made the whole process even more comfortable. The moving crew deserves special praise. They gentlemen worked on one of the hottest day of the year for 12 hours and treated our belongings with great care and wrre extremely efficient. They ensured our furniture was blanket wrapped, laid down mats to not damage the floors, assisted with packing large electronics into boxes we had purchased, and disassembled (and reassembled) furniture, all while maintaining professional and friendly attitudes. While the final price was higher than the original quote, this was understandable given the extra time the move took and the fact that the movers had to travel over an hour each way. We truly didn’t mind paying a bit more because we could not have done this ourselves, even with the help of friends. The service was top-notch and the move was executed so smoothly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we won’t hesitate to reach out to Nick and the New Era team again for any future moving needs. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Overall, I was really impressed with how professional they were. The packing was incredibly thorough and I have no concerns about our things being damaged while we store the boxes in our new basement. The move itself was really quick and efficient. The guys were on time (early, actually), courteous, respectful with our belongings, and efficient, overall a positive experience!
Great door to door service, great communication throughout the trip and I would def hire again. Vincent kept me informed every step of the way and my car arrived with no hiccups along the way. It was picked up and delivered early. Great company to hire.
