I have booked ASAP movers upon researching and asking around a little. It was my first experience with a moving company and I was stressed, scared and uneasy based on other people's experiences and feedback regarding MANY other companies. The pricing was fair and the best I've found quoting and shopping around. Nasim has walked me through the process and put me at ease answering all questions that I've had and offering flexibility. The move out was smoother with the truck right in front of the house, but I was worried about the move in part as a narrow street and many stairs were involved. The guys did not flinch, did not complain, made no comments even when they had to move their truck so one neighbour could pass through. The day of the move went nothing short of smooth and excellent. The three movers that came were quick, I walked the lead around for about 1 minute, I turned around at one point to say something and they were already at work, all moving boxes and items right away, with literally no time wasted. I smiled at myself realising it will be smooth. I was nervous as I was alone, one single woman and a moving company. But they did not waste one second, and even their "lunch break" was as short as 15 minutes (if it lasted that long!). I didn't notice their "absence". Did everything I asked them to do, followed instructions appropriately, were respectful and extremely easy going. They paid attention and were careful with absolutely everything and I noticed amused they even wrapped my rugs which I didn't expect them to do.I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a trusting company and I'll certainly reach out them again when needed! Assembling, disassembling, they took care of everything as I've requested and my daughter and I slept in our put together beds as soon as the first night. No complaints, the service was excellent.
