I have been a tenant here since 2011 and have consistently benefited from the quality of the management team, my office space and my fellow tenants. There is ample meeting space you can reserve, the building and HVAC is very well maintained, and the few requests I've made over the years have been quickly and professionally addressed. The hands-on management and maintenance team is warm and almost family-like in taking a real interest in the well-being and business success of their tenants. The location is superb with ample parking and TTC access, and there is a high quality deli on the main floor. I'd recommend this property to any business owner or other professional seeking a well - equipped, central working location at any stage of their career.
Great people and amazing facility and services. Fern has been phenomenal at helping us scale up or down. Her service is unmatched and we will be with them for a while
It is conservative place. Not great for startups or youth or warm environment for visitors/clients. Culture is not there. It is great office building for older generations and those who like low budget dark closed office.
