Never again. They took no responsibility for poor lens quality and then for breaking my frames when the lenses needed to be replaced! I tried to support this local business by having them make my new lenses for existing (special and not inexpensive) frames. The first set of lenses had a manufacturing problem that caused one of the lenses to get so scratched up it needed to be replaced. They charged me full price for the replacement lenses, fine, but then a day or so after picking them up following the lenses being cut and installed into the frames, I noticed many micro fractures in the frames. I went back to tell them what had happened and their first response was to deny that there was a problem at all, and to deny responsibility. The person I spoke with told me to come back and speak with the owner. I just did that. I explained what had happened, showed them the replacement cost of the front portion of the frame, quoted by the frame seller, and offered to accept a refund for the lenses instead of the more expensive frame replacement cost. Here's where it gets downright ridiculous... They said yes to the lens refund, but only in exchange for the lenses!! So, this would leave me with no lenses, and broken frames. How is that a solution to the problem they caused by breaking my frames? They offered me a new pair of glasses from the store - I don't want new glasses, I want the broken frame of my much beloved frames replaced. Never again - no more business from our family. The optometrist next door, their daughter, is fantastic - we'll be happy to continue to give her our support.
Staff is super friendly and helpful. They worked with me to find the right pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses. Super easy process throughout. Will definitely be coming back here.

This is a great place to get glasses. I have been going here for years. The prices are amazing. The stuff is friendly and nice. No sale pressure tactics you can pick what is within your budget and there is an optometrist next to the optical. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
Great place to buy glasses. They have fair prices and a large selection of glasses! I had came here to help my dad get glasses for his vision as he was struggling to see. Upon ordering our glasses, we learned that the doctor's office had provided us the wrong prescription. Mr. Dhillon sympathized with our situation and did everything possible to help us throughout this. Even though the mistake happened by the Doctor's office, Mr. Dhillon personally helped us by correcting their error! I can not thank Mr. Dhillon enough for assisting us! Will recommend this place!
Get what you pay for, I guess. The filled the prescription quickly (the reason for 2 stars instead of one) but the glasses we got are not great. At all. They seem dirty or cloudy all the time, when we went back in to find out why she said 'oh, the anti-glare film does that.?? Since when? Cheap film, cheap glasses. We had to get them redone somewhere else.
Updated for 2025: Its been a decade of coming here for my glasses now. The aforementioned toddler is now a teen. I still come here for the amazing service. Lost my glasses and was able to bring in my backup frames for new lenses, and got them fixed in under 15. I'll never go anywhere else. A few years ago, my glasses were shattered in a tragic toddler related incident. I came here, got an eye exam and a new pair made in just shy of 2 hours. Today, I just went and picked up my third pair since then. Excellent service every time! ?
