I really wanted to go here to get a rug since they look so beautiful. I however am displeased to see the review with the photos of the terrible interaction from the owner with a customer who returned their rug. I then looked into the company further to see many of the reviews are a conflict of interest which may be skewing their positive reviews in their favour. Also a reminder that you are due to file your taxes apparently according to the government website.
Had my beautiful Moroccan rug cleaned through them (it had been stained with skunk spray). It’s not home with me and they did an excellent job. Grateful!
I love to include rugs (and poufs) by Mellah in my design projects whenever possible. The rugs are so soft and beautiful and the quality is amazing. Customer service is unmatched; the team is so easy to work with, and you can tell they really care about their clients and their products.
I own a couple of beautiful Moroccan rugs from Mellah and was really impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful the owner was. They also now offer a rug cleaning service which is convenient, fast and easy. They can pick up as well as deliver your rug when it’s been cleaned and the result is an impeccable rug at a great cost.
I bought a tuffet over the Internet using the curb-side pick up. The tuffet is delightful, so charming. The overall experience was easy and rewarding, however I do wish the prices were a little lower considering I purchased a pillow surrounded by old carpets.
Excellent customer service and fantastic rugs! Just purchased 2 stunning pieces - it's like art for the floor :) The owners really know the product and provided strong recommendations. Will definitely be back for more!
