WARNING: Before buying, read their policy carefully and be cautious of how they handle warranty claims. I bought a Rush Shell jacket back in 2014, and when a clear quality issue showed up, I expected proper support from a brand that advertises long-lasting products and strong customer care. Instead, they told me they couldn’t repair it and only offered me a trade-in value. No full refund, no proper solution — just the minimum they could get away with. For a company that prides itself on durability and loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. They did not take care of a loyal customer who had purchased multiple products of theirs of which this is my first repair claim, and the experience completely changed how I view the brand.
Good experience. Even though I didn’t end up buying anything, I appreciated the help from the staff in pointing me to the product that made sense. It was nice of them to point out the differences between models and explain what makes one better than the other
Walked in today to get a jacket here and was greeted and helped a lot by one of the associates. She was able to answer my questions about what they had available and make recommendations until I got to the one that fit what I was looking for.
Thank you to Daniel and Allison for all the help today! They were able to provide valuable knowledge taking care of our jackets, and finding cool ninja shoes! Super clean store and wonderfully kind people. Highly recommend and will continue to buy local at Arc’teryx!
Went in looking for a new jacket for winter and Sebastian was super helpful and insightful - got the jacket I was looking for and appreciate the help I got
Went to this store location yesterday to purchase a jacket I saw online and had a really easy experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful with the questions that I had!
It was raining so naturally i popped in to take a peak at some gear. The selection for this season is lackluster despite webshop having some cool styles/colors. I found 2 Gore-Tex shells and a Veilance parka that piqued my interest but it was black or slate blue for color options which I already own something similar in Alpha/Beta lines. The staff did not welcome us or ask if we needed any help. I tried on some women's jackets because why not. Everytime I tried on something I made sure to re zip the jacket and put it back where I got it. There was one associate who was able to converse with me when I inquired about ReBird and another I asked about Eaton's selection but aside from me engaging the staff no attempt to help me was made.
