Great App! Very convenient and I've saved a ton hassle + money
Stay away from this app and company! I tried it out to park near my building and still got a ticket, company never got back to me so now I'm stuck with paying for their parking fees plus the ticket. Disappointing
Booked and paid through the app. Arrived at location, no signage for Honk on which entry to use.Inquired at store nearby said had to be buzzed in, went back to most likely entry point, followed another car inside. Again no signage for Honk, no available spaces in visitors parking. All other spaces were reserved and signed with tow away signs. Left building and hunted for other parking.Waiting to hear for customer service for refund. Terrible execution, will not use again.
