Thank you Brenda & Team! We hosted a backyard party for 100 kids, complete with inflatable water slides. The team at Bounce really saved the day after another well-known but flaky company tried to cancel on us the night before. Trust us - don’t use anyone else - just use Bounce because they actually deliver. Amazing!

Fantastic company! We’ve rented bouncy castles for them for the past four years. Excellent service and always on-time and reliable. Bouncy castles are in amazing shape and well priced.
Terrible experience! The lady was extremely rude and condescending. Her prices are ridiculously high—she charges $800 for a bouncy castle rental, with $500 for the castle and an additional $300 for delivery and pickup. After doing some research, I found that the average price for similar rentals ranges from $200 to $300 for the castle and $100 to $130 for delivery. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and shop around. I feel sorry for those who have already paid such an inflated price for this service.
What an amazing experience! It truly made my son's day. Brenda and team were very responsive, great communication and on time. We will definitely be using Bounce Events again!
Woah! Amazing service from the very beginning to the very end. Website is easy to navigate and Brenda was very helpful putting together our event. Set up on day of was great, staff was super friendly and on time. Equipment was clean and in good condition. Will not hesitate to work with them again. Thank you for making our event a success.
I called for a quote. Don't bother! I had purchased a bouncy castle before and had a weekend rate elsewhere. The one I wanted at the other company wasn't available so I found this company and called. The conversation was less then 1 min, they don't do weekend rates and we obviously shouldn't ask "what is your weekend rate". The condescending and insulting customer service was just incredible. If their bouncers and on-site customer service is anything like the phone and booking side I would encourage you not to risk doing business with this company.
