I went to try Tiny Market for lunch. The place is truly tiny with limited seating inside. The staff are attentive and eager to answer any questions. I tried one of the two lunch specials the Casserece allá Amatriciana. The pasta was hot and cooked al dente. The flavours were amazing and the sauce was rich and creamy. The guanciale was generous and found throughout the dish. What an amazing dish and it was well priced at $19. They have fresh pasta, sauces and lasagna for take home. All they items are made in house and are on rotation. They also have frozen options as well. I will definitely to try again when I’m over that way.
Great pasta — definitely some of the best I’ve had. I’ve visited for both lunch and the dinner tasting menu, and each time the food has been amazing and genuinely impressive. They offer a weekly changing lunch menu, and everything I’ve tried has been excellent, including the mushroom lasagna, filled pastas, and gnocchi. The dinner experience was very impressive and intimate, with a 7-course tasting menu where every dish was truly outstanding. We also come here often to buy cooking ingredients such as their sauces and fresh pasta, which are always great.
Finally managed to make it here on my day off, it was very good. Pasta was cooked perfectly and I liked how the ricotta was dolloped on (under the pasta), rather than mixed in with the sauce. And the focaccia breadcrumbs had a really nice texture and was the perfect thoughtful addition
It’s become an obsession!! No jokes my week does not feel right unless I pick up pasta from here. It’s a very small store but filled with so much heart! The pasta special is always delightful. If you go on Friday they have filled pasta as well. You would think they would run out of pasta ideas but their recipes are so creative
Absolutely unbelievable pasta. You can really tell how much the chef cares about each recipe: it's truly "passion on a plate." The really amazing thing is how much harmony the ingredients have together in each dish. I ordered the two daily special pastas (a spaghetti al limone and a duck-filled cappelletti) and tried mixing-and-matching the pasta of one with the sauce of the other. I was struck by how much worse our concoction was compared to the actual pairing — the chef has an impeccable command of flavours and textures which he uses to create perfectly balanced dishes. It's a quaint local building, and run by a husband and wife duo to boot. They are each so kind and welcoming. What more — and I mean this seriously — what more could you ask for? P.S. In addition to the daily special pasta, you won't regret the sundried tomato pesto roll.
Went here for the first time today. The team working there was super friendly and had great recommendation's. We ended up getting the pasta dish of the week along with their lemon tiramisu which both of them were absolutely delicious. Looking forward to going back
OMG YOU HAVE TO GO HERE. My friends and I did a cooking class here yesterday and it was incredible! Erich and Danielle are so fun and knowledgeable. We went home with soooo much delicious pasta. (They even let us try their ice cream-which was amazzzing)
