Barry and Betty are always a pleasure to see and deal with my second visit with them and they always give good and fair valuations and easy comfortable terms. I was HORRIBLY received at this jewellery, in fact the lady that was there rudely screamed at us said it’s not a jewellery. I’d suggest that you change your store’s name then, and DEFINITELY hire people who like to help costumers.
My dealings with Barry were safe, professional and ethical. Bought two watches through Barry and one of his customers and was very pleased and comfortable with the experience ease of transaction. I would definitely recommend.
Worst experience at a shop. The older lady was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I've been to Oliver's, Orens and other shops and was not treated as such. Location is terrible, try Posh Jewellers nearby. The people there are very friendly. She also only offered $70 for my 10k gold diamiond ring. I went elsewhere and received much more.
This 5 star is only for betty. When I pawned my gold I was emotional as I was in a difficult situation new in the country and navigating stuff. Betty was so nice to me and gave such great service. The fact that my pawn is all good for one year and I have a whole year to sort out and take it back is the biggest relief. I get emails every month reminding me how much I owe and I can keep a track whever I want to withdraw. Great place to do business.
There was a very nice lady that helped me out and educated me with the diamond ring that I bought which was not what I thought it was. Anyways I would definitely come back!!
