I have only wonderful things to say about the staff at Thrive Kids. They are efficient, caring, and highly competent, and we always feel well supported during our visits. My only suggestion would be to consider implementing a guideline around limiting extended family during appointments as the clinic is quite small and can become congested when many people are present. Overall, we’ve had an excellent experience and truly appreciate the team.
We had an outstanding experience at Thrive Kids Clinic and can’t say enough good things about the team. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a warm, friendly staff and a bright, colorful space that immediately put our child at ease. The clinic is thoughtfully decorated with cheerful colors and kid-friendly touches that make visits feel fun rather than scary. Nurse Anna is absolutely amazing! She was patient, gentle, and incredibly attentive to our child’s needs. Anna took the time to explain every step in simple, calming language, used techniques that made procedures painless and even managed to get a giggle out of our daughter. Her professionalism paired with genuine kindness made a huge difference in our visit. Thank you, Doctor Buencamino and the whole team at Thrive!
We had a great experience with Dr. Peter at the urgent care clinic. He was kind, patient, and really knew how to connect with my daughter — she felt comfortable and not intimidated at all. You can tell he truly understands how to work with kids. The front staff were also very friendly and welcoming, and the clinic itself has such a nice, kid-approachable atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Nurse and front desk are so kind to deal with. Our kids enjoy this place they are always yelling and running around just how kids should be - without any rudeness from the doctors and staff. Thanks thrive for sharing your space with us.
