Found Verushka on instagram thru a cold search and what a match made in heaven!! I was looking for someone to help me with tattooing my nipples (areolas) into heart shapes. I have looked for years and years from Washington state to Toronto and nobody was interested—until her!! She was a dream to work with, super laid back, and so accommodating! Her expertise was invaluable in helping me pick out size and color. She provided numbing cream and was so flexible and gentle with me thruout the process. They came out absolutely adorable! I can’t recommend her enough!! She specializes in scar camouflage, areola tattooing, teeth whitening and gems, and obviously even more, if you have a weird request like mine just ask, she may be able to help. And shes always getting more education!

I seriously never review anything, especially publicly but after this service I thought I should share. I had trauma to my gums about 20 years ago that caused a discoloration patch that made me insecure. But because the discoloration was on my gums I didn't think anything could be done and was very hesitant about the idea of getting them tattooed. Skippy ahead to recently and the discoloration had spread and I found my smile to be jarring. I decided I wanted to cover up the discoloration. But trying to find someone who does cosmetic tattoos on gums was impossible for me to find apparently. I was sooo lucky to have found crystal body ink. She has a background in dentistry! She communicated so well and was very transparent, kind and patient. We did a test and it was perfect. Came back again for the full service and she told me she was gonna warm the color a little more and low and behold, it was even more perfect. I got my smile back after 20 years and I could be happier.
As a Cancer survivor of 7 years and counting, I struggled to feel ‘normal’ after enduring a horrendous experience at the hospital for a routine tattoo areola procedure post-treatment. I was reluctant to endure it all again until I was connected to Body Love Ink. Verushka was empathetic, compassionate, understanding and supportive of the trauma I experienced. She did beyond an INCREDIBLE job of recreating a realistic and natural looking areola that looks similar to my other breast. She focused on matching the colours and hues, as well as replicating the imperfections of an actual areola (especially difficult to do with a BIPOC areola). The entire experience was more than I expected, and the quality of her work was 10 times better than the hospital quality I received. As someone who endured a lot of body changes over the years, her work helped me feel more ‘normal’ and re-gain confidence again. From one survivor to possibly another, I would highly recommend their services over the hospital services offered for areola tattooing!
