Excellent Grooming and Playcare Experience. We dropped our pup off for the day and returned to a beautifully groomed, clean and happy pup. We appreciated that our dog was able to experience a fun day but also come back groomed. We were able to have our own fun biking along the waterfront. We definitely will be back every few months for this service. We do not live downtown, but there is so much to do in Toronto, we can’t wait until we need another grooming so we can plan another adventure!
We love this place, and most importantly, so does our Frenchie, Olive! If you utter the words "Park 9" she gets so excited and immediately waits by the front door until we head over. It's conveniently located downtown which makes it great to send her to playcare weekly. The webcams on their website are great for new pet owners who can peak on their babies to see them having a blast. Their prices are reasonable, too! Last year we tried their boarding and we thought it was good too! We got a bunch of photos while we were away, and getting the option to pick her up at the boarding facility the night of our arrival near Pearson was great.
Love this place. The staff is friendly and accommodating and my dog loves the staff there too. He always comes home pretty tired and happy after play time. Thank you for welcoming me and my Pup!
They take way longer than the 2 hours they say it will take to do the grooming. One time it took 5.5hours and the next time it took 3 hours. The groomer they had before was amazing. But she is no longer there. The new groomer doesn't even cut around the butt area. Following and calling them for updates when they are running late is very annoying. If you need more time just say it from the start instead of promising 1.5-2 hour service. Needless to say, not going back.
I highly recommended Park 9 downtown. It was my first time to bring my boy there for grooming. My boy came home so happy. Megan did an amazing job. Thank you so much.
Park 9 is such a great treat. Very flexible and help make the best experience for your dog. She has the BEST time. Love the new downtown location but made me sad to see folks parking on bike lane to drop pets. Would love to see a drop off suggestion. This is on the individual to find a safe place to park not park9.
I’m so disappointed today. He got shaved down unevenly unnoticed when I told the groomer to leave the hair long on his head. I’ve been a customer here for 7 years every time the groomer shave him so I’ve learned to just bring him in for showers instead and once again I’ve learned my lesson to not bring him here for grooming anymore.
