The staff are so friendly and helpful. Even gave me some advice and exercises, If I ever need physiotherapy again, they are my first choice. Thanks again Greg and everyone.

I came across the CBI Health Toronto Danforth when searching for physio to treat my sciatica and based off the great reviews, I decided to try them out. I was able recover from a bulging disc with their assistance within 3-4 weeks. Hussein and his team are very knowledgeable and clearly explained the process of treatment plans. I was dealing with this sciatica for months prior to starting with them and I can gladly say I am finally pain free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I never really believed in Physio before until I needed it. I got hit by a car while crossing the pedestrian with my bike and fell on my elbow. I was in pain for months and months even though xrays are clear. I got relief the first meeting with Celia and I was really surprised. I thought I would have to live with it for the rest of my life and after therapy and exercises I am better and back to normal now. Thank you.

I was biking to work in October when it happened. Boom. Down. Then a kind voice telling me to breathe (I'll be forever touched by the kindness of strangers who stopped, and the woman who gently held my head still and stayed until my husband arrived). X-rays soon confirmed no broken bones, but I would soon discover that I had soft tissue injuries. Also the biggest bruise ever, that chameleoned into a kaleidoscope of colours before fading away. The worst came a day or two later when my neck was in so much pain that I couldn't get out of bed or move to a sitting position without a struggle. This team of women helped me rebuild my strength. In the beginning it was a lot of lying down and gently coaxing my neck with the smallest of movements. I learned techniques to manage pain, and most importantly, that gently moving through the tender areas was better than strict rest to promote healing. I am a runner, a back bending dancer, an aerobics instructor and someone who learns by moving. I love yoga and stretching and lifting weights to feel strong. Even at work, I claim giant whiteboards when I'm playing with ideas and writing, because I like to move my body. I was ready to fight to get back to my active self. Slowing down was hard, but was essential to healing - along with being diligent with all my exercises (some are pretty boring and repetitive, but they work!) and listening to my body. Today, this team of women is helping me build my strength and I'm able to do everything once again. It feels more like I have a team of personal trainers that occasionally helps me out with my neck, but more often forces me to work my core a lot harder than I want to. While the pain goes up and down, I know what to do to manage it, and I'm moving in the right direction. The best piece of advice I got was to go for physio sooner rather than later. It seemed counterintuitive. Didn't I need strict bed rest to let my body heal? I'm glad I decided to try it out, and if you ever find yourself in a similar situation, God forbid, I'd encourage you to go early, too. I googled "physio" and chose CBI because it was close to my home and family said they'd heard good things. I'm glad I made that choice too. The body is fragile. But it can also be healed, and rebuilt. Thank you Celia, Amanda and Tazbin and the CBI Danforth team! * My accident happened on the Danforth approaching Donlands while I was in an unofficial bike lane and a woman opened a passenger door into me (not even at an intersection, stop sign or light) while I was going full speed. She got a ticket and some demerit points, but the real issue is that we need better cycling infrastructure across the city, and specifically, more separated bike lines.

Celia was a great physiotherapist! She helped me recover well and at my own pace. She made sure I was okay and comfortable every step of the way. After a few months I’m back to how I was before the accident, and it’s been a huge relief. Would definitely recommend her!!

Hussein is a well-versed and knowledgeable physiotherapist that knows how to treat patients using easy DIY techniques that can decrease or remove pain, even if said pain is or could be chronic. I was recommended by my family doctor to visit this clinic to see a different type of physician, but Hussein was able to provide and help assist my problem as effectively as what I thought I needed. Long years of persistent back pain from bending, crouching and heavy lifting was alleviated from 'taping' and simply exercises that I routinely do when I'm physically active in a sport or engaged in similar types of activities from my workplace. I would recommend Hussein to anyone seeking help with back pain, as his method, which may not seem like much, are effective to get the job done.

Well I can say that I have had two other accident claims both with injuries. Treatment is about getting better with the right type of treatment plan this can be quite effective CBI in my most recent treatment this is so far beyond my expectations. Medically speaking I have had all my questions answered above and beyond in detail & this is comforting knowing I am getting the most efficient treatment suitable for my recovery
