I called to book them for appointment to get a massage therapy. While speaking with them, I was informed that all RMT are occupied till Mid-Jan however we have physiotherapist available who will provide a similar service of body massage as RMT which was also a surprise to me. After a full working day, i had to go by Uber as outside temp was -15C and winds @50/70 kmph. The physio greets me and wants to begin with stretches which was a shock to me as I had come for a body massage to relax my body after a heavy work week and as I also play some sports I really needed that massage. This was definitely not the experience I was looking for at all. I hate to say but our insurance benefits should not be milked like this because it is for our advantage and not anyone else. This rating is purely for this experience because I had to return by cab as well due to the weather conditions. I had to bear $30 of cab fare for this misrepresentation and got nothing in return. Posting this just so this is not repeated again by them and anyone who is approaching this fit knows about it.
I had a few sessions with RMT Nicole Coronel and she was absolutely amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I would highly recommend her as an RMT! In addition, the facility is clean, modern, and welcoming, which made it easy to relax. I left feeling much better and would definitely recommend Axis Therapy & Performance to anyone looking for quality care in a beautiful, relaxing space.
I’ve been dealing with chronic low back pain for a long time and this clinic has made a huge difference. Both the RMT, Alex and chiropractor, Kandice were knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what was going on. The treatments were effective and tailored to me. The admin staff are also amazing — super efficient, easy to deal with, and always friendly. Highly recommend!
