After having back pain for weeks that would wake me up in the middle of the night, I desperately searched for physiotherapy near me and booked the first available appointment. Atefeh advised me on improving my desk setup, prescribed exercises to do at home, and provided massage and shockwave therapy. Once my back pain was gone, we continued working to improve my posture, and the difference is truly night and day.
You want someone to address those hidden aches and pains- you will not be disappointed when you go here! My physiotherapist is a personal favourite- *Atefeh*! I always tell her she has magic fingers! I neglected taking care of myself for the longest time until I met her! I walk in with a pain and walk out feeling at-least 10times lighter! I hurt my shoulder muscle and was in severe pain, but I was unable to rest until I healed well. Her treatments made my life and tasks less painful and I can say I’ve almost completed healed now with her combined physio, laser and dry needling therapy. Her attention to detail and follow ups makes you want to truly make that effort in taking care of your own self! Thank you, Atefeh! I cannot recommend you enough! The staff is helpful in quickly booking appointments. I've had physio, massage, and chiro, which is convenient for being under one roof, communicating with each other & updating my file. I appreciate that they take extra time giving a lot of value in the appts by working on my injury, showing me stretches, and how to prevent it in the future. Thank you!!
