I bought a medium pepperoni pizza and waited almost 30 minutes for it only to receive it burnt. The man preparing the pizza was also not wearing gloves. The pizza tasted horrible we threw it after having one slice

I frequently visit this Pizzaiolo location, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. Today I went in and asked for the walk-in special pointing at the sign outside - I said “Can I get the walk-in special with pepperoni and add basil”. When I got to the car I opened the pizza and realized there was no pepperoni on the pizza. I walked back inside and approached the worker and let him know that they forgot to add the pepperoni. He showed me the receipt saying I was only charged for basil. I asked him if he could remake the pizza as I asked for a medium pizza with pepperoni and basil. He asked me “what do you want me to do with this one?” and gave no solution to rectify the mistake made on his side. He acted as if it was my fault when the worker taking my order didn’t properly punch in my order. Super disappointed with the lack of care and customer service. I was forced to take home a pizza I didn’t want. Will not be visiting this location again after this disheartening experience.
Ordered a deep-dish nacho pizza....the thing we got is never a reflection of deep-dish pizza. They took extra $2.99 for it. Almost stealing money. Never going back
Halal is not only by ingredients . Halal is by ingredients and responsibility. Your pizzas are not Halal, but you are using Halal signs. So, Please remove this sign. Please, Maintain the business ethics.
I understand places open and have to go through the motions and I understand places get busy but I was not impressed today, I walked in and ordered I waited over 45 min in the store and received a stone cold pizza, I asked for a new fresh hot pizza, after an hour and a half total wait time I went home with a burnt pizza!!!!!!!!!, I don't mind waiting but at least give Me quality product!!!!!!!! At least my 1 free coke i received for waiting over an hour in a near empty shop was cold
