Got to enjoy a cold, soggy pizza after they "delivered" it by just leaving it open and unattended in my building lobby. When I called to ask about my order, they tried to lie and say building security was going to call me despite the fact that there are multiple signs posted indicating that building security does not do that. Oh, and my specifically written delivery instructions that they need to contact me directly. It's possible, the pizza would've tasted fine had I actually gotten it before it sat for who knows how long, but don't waste your time. if you like Pizzaiolo, order from a different location. **to address their response: I did contact their customer care line, at that exact address. 3 times. No one ever responded.
The pizza is usually very good but my last 2 pizza orders the cheese was all lumpy, not stretchy. Tasted like a gluey paste. Not very appetizing. It ended up in the garbage. Now looking for alternative places.
Really love the pizza! It’s so affordable 10.99 you’ll have a medium pepperoni and 6 dollars the entire slice that’s equal to 2 slices to other pizza franchises loved the staff
I order pizza here all the time and have been coming to this location since they opened. It's my favourite pizzaria restaurant. The pizza is always delicious and constantly good. I have never had a bad experience and highly recommend this location. The staff are also always friendly and helpful. Best slice in town!
Apparently chilli flakes, (which are sitting on the side for you to add at your leisure) and honey (which most pizzaiolo's will add to any pizza u like for free) are considered 'additional toppings'. Tried to get the $21 dollar 2 topping xl combo, which you would think would include a Honey Heat pizza being sopresseata and peperroni. But nah, they nickle and dime here with ATTITUDE. Guess ill add the 'extra toppings' for free sitting on the side myself. Its not about being cheap, its about the principle, and the attitude they have. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD. Most places dont even know what those words mean, to be honest. And their phone doesnt work even though its listed, wasting my time coming all the way over here.
On skipthedishes, charged my account $16, gaslit me trying to say they are not on skipthedishes, I provided proof. They provided no offer to make things right. Manager hung up on me when I asked for corporates number as they would not refund me nor would they deliver a pizza. I've never posted a review before but this locations unwillingness to make things right gave me no where left to turn.
This used to be my go-to pizza place. But sadly it has been going downhill steadily over the past few years. I ordered an xl pepperoni pizza and it came half cooked and not fully cut. I had to finish cooking it in my oven at home. They also charged me for a marinara sauce which I did not order or receive. Last few times they messed up our order as well, and even gave our pizza away one time when we came to pick it up. Had to wait for another one.
