I recently visited Pico and had an amazing experience! Roshal, one of the employees, went above and beyond while helping me prepare my pizza. With her extra help and attention to detail, I ended up with one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I tried the Chicken and Margherita pizzas — both were delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The quality of the food truly impressed me, and the friendly service made the visit even better. Highly recommend Pico for anyone looking for great pizza and great service!
Avoid this Pi Co location. Order from the other one nearby. I'm actually pissed off about the dipping sauce. We got two "white sauce" dips. What we recieved was white water. Do you have no shame? I understand that you need to water down some sauces sometimes to save on costs but the dip you gave me literally resembled milk. Why would I want to dip my pizza in milk? Shame on the management and owners of this location. Seriously avoid this Pi Co.
It says online that the place is open since 11am. They even have a 11-5pm deal. They have their open sign on. Tell me why I’ve been standing outside in the cold rain waiting for staff to unlock the door since 11:10-11:30am. The worker is looking back at me too but pretending she doesn’t see me. I go here regularly cuz the food is good but this service today is horrible. Usually it’s good though. Do better. If you’re going to be late to work, at least keep the open sign off until you’re truly ready to unlock the doors.
Super tasty pizza. You can choose your own pizza for 20$ and you can choose whatever you want on your pizza as toppings. It was delicious. They have ample seating areas as well.
They need to check their take out orders more carefully. I went to pick up my pizza that I had ordered via the app and they had said that someone else had already picked it up. Apparently an Uber driver had picked it up. I didn’t even enter my address/unit number into the app, nor is their app connected to Uber Eats. They asked me to double check my place to see if it was delivered there, I did so, then after not seeing anything delivered I went back to the restaurant. When I got back to the restaurant, my pizza was returned by the Uber eats driver. I was handed my pizza FINALLY. By that time it was cold. There was no apology whatsoever from either of the employees… The pizza was subpar, not fully cooked. Usually Pi Co has better standards. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location due to this experience.
Sandeep was so professional and extremely welcoming on entering pi co. Myself and my partner ordered two “craft your own” pizzas and he was just such an amazing soul who made the experience such a delight!
Create your own pi with as many ingredients as you want, reminds me of Kramer from Seinfeld. My pi was interesting but then again it was my choice of toppings and I enjoyed it.
