AHHHHHHHHH this was the best shopping experience I've had in so long. Yeah, the obvious: I'm a stickier gal and the clothes fit me AND are really cute. But that's not what stuck out. I've never been to a Torrid before and the staff not only made me feel welcome in normal retail-job ways, but DC specifically went above and beyond in making sure a girl was happy here. She was helpful, informative, and immediately comfortable with my kinda crazy energy, and gave me a helpful tip on an outfit that I would have missed. Give them a raise!!!!!!!!! Definitely coming back here.
Long time customer! I love the inclusivity and welcoming vibe! The clothing is tailored to each size instead of a punch copy and paste pattern. The fabrics are high quality and they have more than just plus sizes.
I stumbled upon this store via Reddit recommendations, and it exceeds the praises! The people in the shop are some of the best people I’ve seen who help you pick out what best suits your body and even share good combination suggestions. The clothes are great, colourful and with amazing options. I am a fan of this brand and the store. Highly recommend!
I LOVE coming to Torrid. It’s nice to be treated like a human being and serviced well. I love this store because they are always helpful and always ready to get you a different size, pull from the back or just help you make your shopping experience better. I didn’t realize how much I appreciated the service they offer until I went to a couple other stores in the mall where I was reminded that curvy “ “isn’t welcomed.” The staff are so lovely and while I don’t love the huge price increase from US to CAD I do appreciate that size inclusion has a home here.
I love that I can order online and then pickup and try things before leaving the store. Love the large wide shoe selection, I hope it gets even bigger. More knee high boots please, preferably in regular width calf options as well for the tall girls.
Shopped there this weekend spent over $300 only to get home and realized they left a security tag on one of the shirts . The store is at least 30 minutes away from me so I now have to waste my time to go back and get it removed. This was the Eaton centre store
Nice concept of different size categories. I am not on the plusses but size 12ish and I just liked that lots of different womens sizes were taken into account. Everything I tried on looked great, got 2 things because BOGO half off. Very nice young women helping but only offering advice when requested. Eaton Centre store.
