Recently I contacted Karen, the owner and she could not possibly have been kinder. She went above and beyond to look after what I wanted to purchase. I am having my order shipped to me and even though I live over an hour away from her store, I will drive to the store one day to thank her in person. Thanks Karen.
Had to take a package back and my qr had expired. After about a hour in the post office trying to get a new Qr code I was defeated. The ladies did there best to help. Even bringing me a seat. They also came up with a solution so my package could be sent. They couldn't have been more helpful and I will be using that post office for all my future business.
This is easily my favorite post office in the city. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and most importantly HELPFUL. Kevin and his team do an A+ job. Keep up the good work!
Had no issues with this store until I got a PO Box on behalf of a business. Upon signing the 1 year contract, I was given one key. At the end of the year when I went to end the rental, I was told the key deposit wasn't a deposit and that the Canada Post contract was out of date by a few years. After another attempt to have the key deposit refunded, reaching out to Canada Post, reading their website, and filing a formal complaint, we got our key deposit refunded. If you intend on getting a PO Box here, please read the Canada Post website so you are informed. You should receive 2 keys, and upon returning them both, get the key deposit refunded. (This information is accurate as of October 2023.) The staff at this location always seemed friendly and helpful, so this experience was frustrating and I am left wondering how many other PO Box customers have not had their deposits returned. Other than this, my experience at this store has been good.
People who work at this post office understand the importance of providing good customer service. It doesn't take a lot and goes a long way. Really nice and patient staff. Knowledgable about their services. Always feel welcome here.

Amazing how well this post office is run especially compared to the unmitigated dumpster fire that is the Davisville post office. I get all Amazon orders sent here instead and always get friendly and quick service. I wish I could have my regular mail pickups come here instead!
