I had an excellent experience with Wetzel Pretzels. I placed a large order that needed to be shipped a long distance, and the entire process was handled seamlessly. Reena (the manager) was outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough; answering all my questions, walking me through product options, and following up with updates along the way. She took the time to clarify every concern and made sure everything was handled properly. Customer service like this is rare. Reena made what could have been a complicated order feel easy and stress-free. She went the extra mile and I truly appreciated it! Highly recommend Wetzel Pretzels, especially for any occasion!
Review for “Mr. Pretzels” in Eaton Centre. Google Maps shows this as Wetzel’s Pretzel’s which is wrong. Came here twice within a week. I only tried the “Cheese Stick” both times. I had Toscana seasoning. First time it was absolutely amazing. Second time, I think they did it wrong. I don’t believe they dipped it in the liquid they usually do after cooking is complete and they almost forgot to add parmesan. I told the guy about the parmesan and he was very nice and apologetic and quickly made it right. I still think it needed to be dipped in whatever batter that is at the end, to make it as good as the first time. Overall, I’d definitely come back and order the cheese stick again and give some other things a try!
This place serves as a quick snack corner after a bit of a shopping spree in the mall. Tried out their strawberry and vanilla sweet pretzel and pretzel dogs bites, both are pretty good.
Came to the store 15 mins before closing and nothing on display this is the second time this happened. Workers are just waiting for store to close 20-15 mins before closing since I was standing here making this review 3 other customers also stopped for pretzels. The worker just said none is available like he’s waiting on closing just to head home. Maybe give a heads up if you’re actually closing at 8:30pm
I went there to try napolitano pretzel. Rahil and Shaan helped me and provided excellent customer service. They also have sweet pretzels. A must visit for an amazing treat for yourself.
Food is ok as it's a chain. Service is flat out disrespectful to customers. Staff were plugging their ears with earbuds, ignoring customers and being rude. If this was a franchise, i'd definitely go for a location review.
Please never go here I came at 6:30pm on Wednesday November 15th, 2023. I ordered one pretzel dog. I received it at 7:00pm and it looked like this. The workers were rude and ignored everyone. If you truly value your time and money just go to a different spot for food. Also it tasted terrible and undercooked.
