Not a positive experience for me, sadly. I was put in touch with one of the recruiters and had a productive 30-minute introductory video meeting, and signed a Talent agreement with the company in November. Unfortunately that would be one of only two times I heard from her. She neglected to respond to my emails thereafter. Initially she was "out of office for a few days" and sent an apology email after her return (second time I heard from her). Then silence! I did not pester her during the Christmas and January period because I've heard it can be a "dry" time for recruitment. But when I checked back in February with a detailed email: asking for us to reconnect, discuss the 2023 job market prospects, get feedback re: the one and only job she ever sent me, and ways in which I could be a more competitive candidate, restrategise, I was met with radio silence. Was it because there were no job leads for my someone with my skillset? Regardless, surely it's only decent to respond and tell me as such. What puzzles me the most are the wonderful reviews that Creative Niche gets from so many people vs. the cold shoulder I've received for 5 months. Strange, and very disappointing.
