How can reflexology be so life affirming?! I have been to so many spas and massage places but this - this wasn't just a whole ‘nother level, this was another game entirely. Their reflexologist took care to educate me on what he was seeing happening in my muscles and bones, and helped with insights and homework to help me feel better in my body beyond treatment. This is not for the faint of heart! Your legs and feet will scream (for joy) but it is SO WORTH IT. I felt supported yet challenged.
