Kim was stellar... firstly our stroller was in some bad shape leaving it outside for the last 4 years with our first, and second now on the way we really need it in better condition. Our front wheels pretty much didn't turn any more, and our break was broken. My partner took it for a go this morning, and he was like... It's better than we got it. Along with that, pricing was so fair for how much we repaired (far cheaper than getting something second hand online), and turn over was SOOOO FAST. Dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up on a Thursday.
Thankful for the prompt and professional service we received to fix the wheels of our stroller. As a downtown condo mom, my stroller is how I get around with my toddler. Kim knew what the issue was right away and had it fixed by the next morning for what felt very reasonable.
Kim was absolutely fantastic! She was very helpful in advising us with the DIY brake kit and in the end she was able to fix our uppababy stroller brake very quickly saving us $1500 on a new stroller! Highly recommend!
