Everyone at this clinic was so kind and helpful throughout my surgical abortion process. I was 13 weeks and very scared about the pain, but honestly, if I were to rate it, it was only about a 2/10. The staff made me feel calm and at ease ,everyone was so sweet and supportive, and I can’t thank them enough for their care and compassion. I didn’t even get bad cramps afterward; I went home, rested, and everything went smoothly. So if you’re worried about how scary a surgical abortion might be, don’t be. you’re in good hands here.
Everyone at the clinic is very kind, empathetic and understanding. There is no judgement, no sermons, just care and information. They are also very good with follow-ups and aftercare for clients. The offices themselves are clean and cheery in the decor. The counselor is very sweet, and all of the nurses and doctor are all very caring.
The staff showed compassion and empathy the moment i arrived until i left. The doctor was amazing and they made feel comfortable and in almost a familiar homely environment the entire time. I am a recent grad nurse former psw for 8 years working in a hospital settting. I've never been so impressed and touched with the level of care and empathy all the nurses and the doctor, as well as the councilor had. You guys are amazing! Blessings to you all. Through a tough decision i left feeling peaceful because of the staff.
Terrible experience. No one answered doors or phone, even with an appointment scheduled and confirmed. Waited 50 mins in the hallway and no one showed.
Had a great experience at the clinic. Everyone was soft spoken and respectful, I didn’t feel judged in any of my choices and felt listened to. The nurse who took care of me explained everything and answered all my questions, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Very very different and positive experience compared to previous experiences in women health. So happy places like this exist and are reliable. Will definitely recommend to friends in need of care. Don't be intimated by the sanitizing room- once you're past it the waiting room is super cozy and welcoming. All the women who work there are super sweet and professional as well. I have extremely small veins which makes it difficult to draw blood, but my nurse did it first try! :) (I'd recommend booking online and not over phone though)
